Proposed IT Campus, Parking Building & Mosque
Plot No. 8120295 – Al Rowaiyah First, Dubai
A multi-building academic development comprising an IT Campus, Parking Structure, and Mosque facility. The project required coordinated BIM modeling to support complex interior fit-out works across diverse functional spaces within a unified campus environment.
Interior Fit-Out Package delivered from LOD 300 to LOD 500, including detailed modeling of partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery, and integrated MEP systems, with full interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection.



Floor Plan Concept Design
The residence embraces a contemporary architectural aesthetic while incorporating elements of traditional Arabic design. Abstracted mashrabiya-inspired massing and shading strategies create a refined fusion of modern luxury and cultural heritage.
The design prioritizes spatial fluidity and privacy, allowing for a harmonious integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. Carefully articulated openings and layered shading elements enhance environmental responsiveness while maintaining a strong architectural identity.



Hotel Plan Concept Design
Sheybarah Hotel 10 is a futuristic marine hospitality project featuring a curved glazed façade, sculpted roof geometry, and an integrated outdoor deck overlooking the Red Sea. The model reflects both interior luxury and complex exterior architectural detailing.



Architecture Concept Design
Scope encompassed the development of a fully integrated, clash-free, and data-rich 3D BIM model combining architectural and MEP disciplines into a single coordinated environment.

The design integrates elevated timber deck platforms, peripheral screening elements, and fluid architectural geometry, creating a lightweight yet structurally intricate marine structure.

Metro Link Concept Design
The Expo Route 2020 Metro Link Stations project involved the preparation of comprehensive BIM-based construction drawings to support the execution of multiple metro station facilities along the Expo corridor.
The BIM-driven approach ensured drawing accuracy, improved coordination between disciplines, minimized site conflicts, and supported efficient execution of critical metro infrastructure works.

Metro Station Concept Design
The R-71 Metro Station project involved the development of a comprehensive Landscape Building Information Model (BIM) to support the external environment and public realm works associated with the station infrastructure.
