Sheybarah Hotel 10 is a futuristic marine hospitality project featuring a curved glazed façade, sculpted roof geometry, and an integrated outdoor deck overlooking the Red Sea. The model reflects both interior luxury and complex exterior architectural detailing.

  • Architectural:  Curved glass façade, organic roof slabs, timber decks, built-in furniture, and landscape elements.
  • Structural & Interior: Cantilevered deck support, open-plan interiors, partitions, ceiling finishes, and coordinated visible services.

Scope encompassed the development of a fully integrated, clash-free, and data-rich 3D BIM model combining architectural and MEP disciplines into a single coordinated environment.

Key Deliverables

    High-precision modeling of architectural components including layouts, façades, core areas, finishes, and interior elements aligned with design intent.
  • MEP Services Modeling:
